bacula makes a full backup instead of a differential

Description
There is a live full backup (01.01.24--on schedule) and a differential backup (01.02.24) to it {the task may have been started manually}. 03.03.24 the incremental (on schedule) should be made, but only the full one is being persistently made. What is the problem, how to see if the backup chain is alive?
