backup compression not working on window bacula agent

Description
backup compression not happening on window bacula agent. we have tried enabling compression option-gzip for one of windows bacula client 11.0.5. Whenever we schedule backup, the compression option is not working as expected, the backup is happening with actual size of data not with compression. kindly help to resolve this issue.
