Storage Daemon Encryption documentation references invalid and documentation missing

Description

The new features section of the manual announces a new feature 'storage daemon encryption', but the links or page number references to more information are invalid for the 'new features' html file, and main manual html and pdf files.

Additionally, I cannot find the documentation for this feature in the manuals, so suspect it hasn't been added yet.

Bill Arlofski on the mailing list has linked me to the bacula enterprise documentation for this feature (here).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to New Features in Version 15.0.x >> subheading 'Storage Daemon Encryption' >> see invalid link 'More information can be found in the Security chapter of the documentation (here).'

2. Navigate to Bacula Main Reference Guide (HTML) >> subheading 'Storage Daemon Encryption' >> see invalid link 'More information can be found in the Security chapter of the documentation (here).'

3. Navigate to Bacula Main Reference Guide (PDF) >> subheading '2.0.2 Storage Daemon Encryption' >> see invalid page number 'More information can be found in the Security chapter of the documentation ?? on page ??.'

Suggested remediation

Please update documentation to reference correct locations.

Additionally, if the documentation doesn't exist (I can't find it), please suitably document the referenced feature.
