Database Error When Opening Job

Description

After successful upgrade (No errors reported) from 11 to 15.0.2 opening job to run produces a dialog box detailed below. This problem occurs with jobs created prior to and after upgrade. Error doesn't seem to affect jobs runnning and completing normally

Steps to Reproduce

1. SELECT JOBS FORM
2. SELECT "JOB DETAILS" FOR ANY JOB
